Position Overview
As a Marketing Intern, you will support the marketing team in various tasks related to e-commerce & digital marketing operations, new sales, market research, content creation, social media management, etc. This role helps you develop your skills and gain practical experience in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client’s e-commerce & digital marketing operation: Assist in the operating marketing for existing clients such as
- Submit ads draft
- Create weekly/monthly reports (based on pre-generated data)
- Routine tasks such as recording form leads
- Communicate with the clients
- Attendance at regular meetings
- Campaign Execution: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, and events.
- Social Media Management: Support the management and growth of our social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance.
- Content Creation: Help create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials both internal and external.
- Market Research: Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Market Development: Approach and pitch to prospective clients based on the B2B sales and marketing value chain
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative marketing tasks to support the team as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- General requirements:
- Third-year ~ fourth-year university student
- Able to work in the office as full time
- English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0/TOEIC 800 or above.
- Personal social media management habits.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fast self-learning, growth mindset, and marketing knowledge.
- Task and deadline commitment.
- Self-motivated, can-do attitude, brings optimistic energy to the team.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Previous internship or work experience in digital marketing or related fields.
- Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) using habits.
What We Offer
- Intern allowance: 6,000,000 VND/month
- Mac PC and monitor is provided
